I enjoy doing laboratory experiments (maybe?) and fieldwork. I have done fieldwork in many places, including Inner Mongolia and Southeastern edge of Tibet in China, San Jacinto Fault and the Catalina Islands in California. Types of fieldwork including deployments of broadband seismic stations and dense node arrays, and rock sampling.
